Charles founded Ronella Group after more than 45 years in construction and civil engineering, during which he led major projects around the world. That experience — of what it takes to deliver infrastructure that lasts — shapes Ronella's insistence on proven technology, honest feasibility work and verified delivery.
CEO · Director, Middle East & Latin America
Juan Manuel brings over 30 years of international experience in civil engineering and infrastructure project leadership. He leads Ronella's work across the Middle East and Latin America, where his background in delivering complex projects across borders underpins the organisation's engagement with governments and partners.
CFO · Director, African Operations
Peter combines strategic leadership, financial management and organisational transformation experience gained across global infrastructure. As CFO he safeguards the funding that makes Ronella's programmes possible, and as Director of African Operations he oversees the projects closest to the organisation's mission.
CSO · Head of Australasia Strategy
John pairs an entrepreneurial background in construction and property with expertise in behavioural psychology and crisis intervention — a combination that informs how Ronella engages communities under pressure. He leads the organisation's strategy across Australasia.

Oliver is a business owner with extensive hands-on experience across agriculture, horticulture, landscaping and property development, alongside a senior background in local government management. He advises Ronella on supply chains — how to source, move and maintain the equipment its programmes depend on.
